TRIP PROGRAMS' ORGANIZATION

The process to agree a program in Spain with us is:

1. Reception of the first trip idea: number of days, dates predicted, cities to be visited, monuments, aim of the trip (linguistic, thematic, business...), number of people concerned, age of the participants...

2. We strive to create a program adapted to this first idea. In this program, we also include the trip conditions and a budget with the total price of the program and the cost for each participant.

3. Next, we make any necessary changes to the program in order to meet the financial and logistical needs of the group.

4. When an agreement has been reached, we sign a contact in which all details of the trip are clearly stated.

RECEPTION

At the time of the students’ arrival, ILYC offers a reception service in order to welcome and orient students to their new surroundings.

According to the type of accommodation, our coordinators introduce each participant’s host families or they help the group to be accommodated.

24 HOURS ASSISTANCE

Through out the program, ILYC staff will always be available to assist students with any problems or needs that may arise. We have a telephone line that is answered 24 hours a day.

MEETING AND SOCIAL CENTER

Where we have offices, we offer a host service for teachers or people responsible of the group to allow them to be always in touch with us directly, to check their e-mails or just to meet us personally.
