RECEPTION

At the time of the students’ arrival, ILYC offers a reception service in Sevilla.

Selected host families will pick the students up at a meeting point in the city in order to accompany them and later take them to their home.

The first meetings shall be used to provide students with city maps and other interesting materials for their first few days in Sevilla and for the whole stay, as well as informing the students about all the academic, leisure and cultural activities that will be organized during their stay. ILYC shall also organize the first strolls around the city so that the students will immediately find their way around. Families, with whom they will live, will accompany them, in their first day, to ILYC premises where they will be met to go to the University Pablo de Olavide. Students will also be officially received at the University.

PERSONALIZED CARE

ILYC is always on duty through a cellular telephone number for anything that needs to be solved outside office hours. The care is highly personalized and, at the same time, we try to give that friendly touch.
